1. About CAVA Circle

• CAVA Circle is a curated social community that hosts events and experiences for singles. We are not a dating agency and do not guarantee romantic matches, outcomes, or relationships.

2. Membership & Applications

• All applications to CAVA Circle are subject to review and approval at our discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at any time to protect the integrity of the community.

 

3. Events & Participation

• CAVA events are designed to foster respectful, meaningful social interaction. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, inclusive, and appropriate manner at all times. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or actions that make others uncomfortable may result in immediate removal from events or termination of membership.

• Payment for each CAVA dinner or event shall be settled directly among the event hosts and/or participants. CAVA Circle does not collect, manage, or mediate payments, and shall not be held responsible for any payment disputes, bill-splitting arrangements, or related financial matters arising from the event.

4. Personal Responsibility & Safety

• Participation in CAVA events is voluntary and at your own risk. CAVA Circle is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of members before, during, or after events. Any follow-up interactions, including one-on-one meetings or dates, occur independently of CAVA and are solely the responsibility of the individuals involved.

5. Content & Media

• By attending CAVA events, you consent to the possibility of photography or video recording for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Privacy & Data Use

• Personal information provided during application or participation will be used solely for community management, event coordination, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

• CAVA Circle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

 

By submitting an application or attending a CAVA Circle event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
